WHAT IS THE HEALTHIER PEOPLE NETWORK, Inc.?
The Healthier People Network (HPN), a 501-c-3 non-profit organization,
produces and makes available the standard public interest Health Risk Appraisal program.
From its inception in 1991 HPN has continued work undertaken
by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Carter Center of Emory University to make available to health providers,
health organizations, state and local governments, service groups, and business and industry the best in the science and technology
of health risk assessment.
Users of the HPN Health Risk Appraisal are in every state and in over 20 countries.
In total, an estimated
30 million people have taken
a Health Risk Appraisal.
